Description
This is a USB Footswitch that can be customized to send a key stroke, key combo, or function as a USB MIDI device sending a noteOn/noteOff or CC value. (We originally made this because someone wanted a footswitch for use with QLab so this is what we came up with.) Besides QLab it could be used with Sparkbooth or DSLR Remote Pro, or your favorite DAW.
The Footswitch will work on any computer that supports USB, and does not require any software installation. No drivers required, no software required, just plug and play!
A few more details: The case is 3D printed but it's pretty darn strong & solid. We typically have a few different color buttons in stock (red, green, pink, orange, blue) and will just choose one. If you want something else (or need a SPECIFIC color) get in touch with us. We'll throw in a 6 foot Micro USB cable.
Programming
The Footswitch can be programmed to send a single keystroke, for instance a space character or the enter key, as well as a key combo. It can also function as a USB MIDI device and send a noteOn/noteOff, CC data, PC data, or any other MIDI data.
